The Mokelumne Hill Veterans' Memorial District organized the annual placement of new flags on the graves of Mokelumne Hill Veterans and these are flying brightly in the Protestant, Catholic, and Jesus Maria Cemeteries. If you know of a veteran who does not have his or her grave marked, please let Patty Yocom know (286-1160) -- we want all of them to be recognized!
