That is a declarative sentence, NOT a question. I just saw Judge Richard Tuttle's 1/4 page ad in the Calaveras Enterprise making his case against the failed US "War on Drugs". He makes the case better than I ever could so I won't even try here. I will simply refer you to page 6 of the May 3 issue of the Enterprise. This is not the first time that Judge Tuttle has put his money where his mouth is. Judge Tuttle is one of my real life heroes! Thank you!
