You don’t need to know any HTML code to contribute content to this site. There are a few codes that you might want to use for emphasis, however. To make items bold,, you use the "strong" tag. There are also Headine tags available, and more.
Website and email links will be created automatically by the site – just remember to type your websites as www.mokehill.com and email as name@mokehill.com and they will be turned into links for you.
Under the text entry box on most create content sections there are samples of the HTML tags you can use. The link to more information about formatting options is even more helpful if you’re interested in dressing up your content or learning more about HTML. It can also be found as a PDF attached below, for your printing pleasure.
It isn't necessary, however. The most handy code that you will use is probably the STRONG tag, and it's easy - just bracket the word(s) you want in bold with the word "strong" inside of arrows like this:
[img_assist|nid=330|title=|desc=|link=none|align=none|width=300|height=29]
Remember that the "closing" tag needs the forward slash in front of the word "strong," otherwise ALL of your text following the first tag will be bold!
