15. Albums
Primary tabs
Under #14 we discussed Image Assist and the Picture Insert capabilities, and how you can upload images directly into your pages.
If you have a group of images you'd like to upload into an Album this is GREAT:
Create content / Album.
Give your album a Title.
Unless you have well-named photos (as opposed to IMG2007-0705.jpg or whatever), leave "hide picture titles" checked.
You can give a description if you like.
You can leave the boxes unchecked (public) or check boxes to specify a group to view your album. IF YOU WANT YOUR ALBUM TO BE PUBLIC, YOU DON'T HAVE TO CHECK ANYTHING. (It's public by default.) If you want it private to a group, click that group.
Click SUBMIT.
Then, on the return page, click the link that says "Add picture"
On the next screen you can upload images on at a time, or click the "Java upload" tab and browse for a bunch of images to upload to your album all at once!

It will tell you when it's all done (there's a progress bar at the bottom of the window)
When you're done, if you've left the album public, it will appear on the Photos page (link at top.)
