Site authors can add posts to this page. To add content to the left side of this page, make sure you're logged in and then go to Create content > Planning content. All Planning content will automatically show up on the left, with most recent posts appearing at the top. (If you want something to stay at the top of the page, simply click the "sticky at top of lists" check box, under Publishing options, and it will stay there while everything else posts below it.) Also note - to post Planning Content here and to the home page, all you have to do is to click the "promote to front page" check box under Publishing Options.

To add files to the post on the right side of the page, authors can click the title "Planning Documents", click the EDIT tab for the page, and you can scroll down to "File attachments" and attach a new file. Important to remember, however, that PHP will not allow you to upload anything larger than 2MB.
