Wednesday, July 25th, the building owner of Stone Station gave us (the Stone Station Associates) one week to vacate the building. Unfortunately, this "incredibly" short notice did not afford us the opportunity to close gracefully or to properly thank the Mokelumne Hill community for its support over the past 2 years. Since our opening in 2005 we have been amazed and delighted at how the community and our guests have helped our store grow. As important, we benefited through all of the kind and encouraging words of support we continually received.
